I downloaded torque 3.0 beta4 from http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-turbine/torque/release/3.0-b4/torque-3.0-b4.zip and copied torque-3.0-b4.jar and commons-lang-1.0-b1.jar to lib and now "ant junit" runs successfully against sapdb.
