I did not code one single line of OJB code during my working hours!
during working hours at my company I don't get anything done. There are 
all those meetings, emails, etc. If I want to get something done I have 
to take some days off. I guess that's why we have 32 days payed vacation...

I can't recommend it! The work is so frustrating that you'll start 
opensource projects in your spare time just to proof yourself: hey, I'm 
still a capable programmer, I can do more than just meetings ;-)
