I have placed the repository.xml in the WEB-INF/classes directory.

Do I have to implicitely state that as a classpath outside of 
resin.conf?  I am specifying the  classpath in resin.conf inside of the 
web-app.

I am confused.  Is this some particular quirk about resin?
