Java classes: TransitInterval extends TimeInterval. CargoUnit has a reference to a TransitInterval.
Repository XML: TimeInterval has an extent element referencing TransitInterval CargoUnit has a reference descriptor pointing at TransitInterval with auto update, delete and retrieve all set to true. Problem: When I do a broker.getCollectionByQuery() on the CargoUnit class with an empty Criteria, I get two copies of every CargoUnit object, one with a null transit interval and one without. The data in the tables is fine... all the store() operations worked successfully.
