../WEB-INF/lib - add the jakarta-ojb-x.x.x.jar file
../WEB-INF/classes - add OBJ.properties, repository.xml, repository_internal.xml, repository_user.xml (maybe repository.dtd, not sure if it is necessary), spy.properties (if you use it for developement)
This is all that is needed to deploy OJB in a web app.
