Good idea. The ODMG implementation is also a good place to start, as it is not that big as the PersistenceBroker kernel. It is also quite stable and not a moving target. Having it documented will help the refactorers to do their job.

Steve, If you find any spots don't understand, don't hesitate to ask. Documentation is often a great chance to identify poorly designed spots...
