There have been several reports of classpath problems with tomcat 3.x These issue don't pop up under 4.x.

I am having trouble running OJB within Tomcat 3.2.3 (JDK1.3.1_01). Despite placing OJB.properties in WEB-INF/classes I keep getting
[BOOT] ERROR: Cannot get OJB properties file, use default settings!
The only way it will load OJB.properties is if I place it in Tomcat/bin and that doesn't seem correct to me.
