Right there is little documentation on this topic. We have provided deployment instructions for JBOSS (see deployment.html)
But things are a bit different for WebSphere...

The OJB.properties files does also contain some hints on how to configure OJB to plug into an appserver.

I have worked with WebSPhere and OJB already, but only with Servlet/JSP Applications. SO I have no real instructions at hand.

My current project is built on WebSphere, but I would
like to avoid the painful CMP/BMP route if possible.
CMT/OJB seems interesting...

Yes, that what OJB is meant for!
