IMO, when ojb parses the repository file is the optimal location. collection-descriptors are processed after the all of the field-descriptors have been processed. So in the endElement routine, if we're processing a collection-descriptor, just make sure the number of inverse-foreignkey entries in the collection-descriptor that was just processed matches the number of field-descriptors that are marked as being a primary key.
