Unfortunately I can't make this, but would be good to make contact with
anyone in Scottish government about opening up govt data. Have made a
few attempts, but without success. From what I can tell there's no
equivalent to OPSI in the Scottish Govt, and much of the information
available for England & Wales, but I could well be wrong.
