I guess mapping free software tools for organizations could be an OKF
project per se. Logically enough, the resources are rather
decentralized: being French I'm using French tools (mostly through
Framasoft) and I guess it goes the same for most countries.
A global evaluation would be welcomed.

propietary tools, from the Free Software movement. In my particular case, me
and my team run the Open Source World Conference at Argentina since 2010, and
