Thanks for this. I've temporarily rewritten the code around the issue
but I'll try and get the package installed when I next do some updates
to the site (which I hope will be shortly).

You have indeed spotted a bug/typo (it should be install_requires --
lower case 'r').
I believe, looking at the logs this got introduced by Will in a commit
here :) (these are always the worst bugs to spot because you only see
them on a clean install!)
