Example about pdf, but the wish is in general.
I load pdf file, okular display the content and shows the TOC pane (I didn't
ask for that). So I would like to close the TOC pane. In order to do it I have
to open (sic!) nav.pane and then close it (nav.pane). With closing nav.pane the
TOC is closed as well. This is counter-intuitive.
