When i print a file using okular, the page is shifted a few mm (7 or 8) to the
top. As a result, there is a blank margin at the bottom, and the top of the
page is missing.
If i print with acrobat reader (all my files are actually pdf), then it is
printed without any problem. I have had this problem with very long, probably
with kpdf in kde3 already.
