First, I use Okular 0.7.3 with KDE 4.1.3 JetDirect for PhotoSmart C7200
I tied to print landscape black and white and got portrait colourized (ref. to
186689).
Later on I got landscape, but the printout is horizontal shifted to the right.
So the printout is incomplete (description also found).
Not mentioned before, the printout is always coloured.
If I use KPDF instead (JeDirect, C7280, Driver C7200 Foomatic/hpijs via CUPS),
I have no b&w option, but I get a correct printout.
