Some years ago, there was possibility to sponsor some KDE program features to
accelerate the implementation. Is there still a chance to do so?
I think the implementation is pretty difficult, due to the complicated pdf
standard and no one will spend much of his spare time to program it (me
neither)
However, now I'm forced to boot Mac OS X when I want to make annotations within
the pdf document, but I'd like to stay on Linux.
