Ok the problem is kde was deciding to use karbon instead okular for print
previewing, we have solved this now, if you need it to work you can uninstall
karbon or edit the okularGhostview.desktop found somewhere in your installation
and add
InitialPreference=6
somewhere in it, thanks for reporting
