No matter what I type in 'Copies' field in Okular Print dialog, Okular prints
only a single copy.
KDE 4.3.85, KDE 4.3.3, maybe other versions.
I believe it is okular-specific bug because other aplications (i.e, kmail)
print as many copies as I have requested.
