When you hit Alt+Enter in Okulars presentation mode you get the normal list of
opened windows but switching is not possible or at least really buggy in most
cases. It's hard to describe but simple to reproduce.
I'm not sure if there is a good solution for this. Probably Okular should
simply fall back into it's normal window mode.
I'm using current openSuse 11.2. Compositing is on.
