okular for kde 4.4.0-win
libpoppler has dependency on libopenjpeg, but it wasn't installed by installer,
I manually unpacked tarball from 4.3.0 (openjpeg-1.3-1-bin.tar.bz2) and Okular
has successfully opened PDF file.
