When printing a pdf from okular, the printing dialogue opens very slowly,
blocking okular in the meanwhile. The same is observed for acroread.
OpenOffice and Firefox printing dialogue is ok, but they are not using pdf.
This happens on opensuse 11.2, kde 4.3.1 printer hp 5615.
I am not sure whether this is a kde issue. It may also be a problem with the
printer filter for pdf?
