Ok, i understand now, that "Contents" is a regular list view of KDE, and it is
painted using the KDE colors, you can change the color it is painted on the KDE
system wide settings.
The setting for inverting the colors of the page was never intended to change
those colors at all, i'm sorry but that request is out of scope.
