I think the same. Spare time service would legitimate to implement _no_ PDF annotation. But in the moment there is a PDF annotation which is highly unprofessional misguiding for users. As i suggest since a long time: If you are not able to implement Annotation like in the PDF standard, then don't allow users to make notes or pop up a _big_ warning message!
