The okular version 0.13.3 don't create a bookmarks if I click Ctrl+B shortcut

Steps to Reproduce:
Click Ctrl+B
Actual Results:
The bookmark isn't created
Expected Results:
When I click Ctrl+B then is created a new bookmark
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-14-generic
