If annotations are saved in one file ( like in Xournal ), they can be made
portable. Just look for that file in the same directory as the pdf (?) file,
and open it with the pdf.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Expected Results:
The same annotations can be opened in any computer where Okular is installed.
