Looking at the size of the rendering of an attached pdf page, I concluded that
it is smaller than what it should be.
Page is declared to be 8.26" wide, my display is 94 dpi, 1600 pixels wide,
432mm wide (=17"). 1600*8.26"/17"=777 pixels. That is what the page width
should be.
However, okular shows it with the width of 596 pixels. Acrobat is precisely
correct, evince is almost correct (+-5 pixels).
In addition, there is no dpi setting in okular (like in Acrobat). It's better
to add dpi setting while fixing this bug, so that the user can override system
(xorg) default in needed.
