Version 0.14.3 in Ubuntu Precise 64.
Opening any pdf file fails, does not matter if opening file using filemanager
or opening using FILE>OPEN.
Files that could previously open do not open. The pdf files are not corrupt,
they can be opened by other viewers.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.FILE >> OPEN
2.Select any pdf file
3.Click on Open

Typical Error Message:
Could not open /home/planas/Work/FCC Downloads/DOC-314339A1.pdf
Expected Results:
Opened the file
Okular update installed while problem was occuring and problem continued
