PDFs created by Inkscape show a blank page when viewed. The same PDF (example
attached) views fine in Adobe Reader and can be imported correctly by Gimp.
I've also added an issue for Inkscape since I think they might have a problem
as well: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1104385
