Hyperlinks in PDF cannot be used (or "cliqued"), although they work in other
softs like Adobe Reader, no matter what the creator of the pdf doc is (LaTeX
and dvi2pdf or dvi2ps and ps2pdf. PDFLaTeX. OpenOffice. LibreOffice...).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a PDF with an "active" hyperlink
2. Clic on the link
3. Nothing happens (and the mouse pointer tries to select text)

Opening (or trying to open) a web browser
