I have a pdf that has two pages in A4 and one in A6. When selecting continuous
mode and "page size" zoom, all three are shown the same size. That can be
misleading.
When selecting 100% zoom, the pages are displayed with their different sizes,
but the A4 pages are displayed smaller than they actually are (almost A6 size
on the screen). You have to zoom in to almost 200% to get them displayed at
about the right size.
