Not much on our side besides his freetype is broken and choosing the wrong
substitutions, i suggest Ulf to either uninstall the thing that provides
texgyreheros-* files or to fix their freetype configuration so he gets a
Helvetica compatible font when asking for an Helvetica font.
I'm tempted to mark this as wontfix but i'll leave it open just in case.
