Testdocument
I found the culprit of this issue (which is not resolved) and it has to do with
the orientation settings in the printer properties:
1. Open attached testdocument
2. Go print -> printer properties -> Orientation: Portrait -> OK
3. Options -> Pages -> Pages per Sheet: 2
4. Hit Print
Actual Result:
Order of pages is reversed (2 before 1) in printed output.
Expected Result:
Page 1 is on top of page 2 in printed output.
Furthermore unfortunately this issues seems to be twofold, since okular isn't
actual able to print the document on an page with landscape orientation (see
photos).
