The PDF views fine, but print preview shows all the pages as blank and actually
printing just produces blank pages as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open PDF
2. Select 'File' -> 'Print Preview'
Actual Results:
Blank pages
Expected Results:
Pages that look that same as the PDF in the usual view
