Hi.
For a few weeks now, Okular prints pdfs with slightly wrong scaling (as
compared to Evince and Acrobat).
Today I got a new, worse behavior: pages are enlarged and thus cropped. See

The file "good-output" was printed via okular, and the result is "bad-output",
which is bad.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. print pdf file to printer (either local HP printer or virtual CUPS-pdf).
2. look at output.
