Okular stopped reloading a pdf file when the document has changed. This can be
reproduced if a latex file is re-compiled again using kile. Previously, newly
generated pdf file was used to displayed soon after any modifications with
kile.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a pdf using okular
2. modify pdf using other programs
3. new pdf file is not updated in okular.
