SUMMARY
PDF file creates error "This document has XFA forms, which are currently
unsupported." on opening and in the document window, it displays "The document
you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the
Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly
configured to use Adobe Reader.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download http://www.rbcdirectinvesting.com/pdf/Substitute-Form-W-8BEN-E.pdf
2. open the PDF ion Okular
