SUMMARY
Fails to open PDFs when name contains hash ('#')
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add # symbol in name (e.g. position does not matter, at start or at end)
2. Open document
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Throws error, 'could not open...', OR
2. If directory has other documents then opens random one
EXPECTED RESULT
File should open normally, tested with Adobe Acrobat PDF reader
