SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf document
2. Try to do anything at all. For example, go to view and hit "fit page".
Nothing happens. The menu is badly displayed.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing works. Menus look very strange.
EXPECTED RESULT
I was hoping to add comments to the document.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hi. This worked well in the previous LTS version (22.04.04). I have used the
program to do a lot of annotations. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it
twice. In its current state, I cannot use it at all.
