Hi

I wonder if we should consider bumping the minimum poppler version to well.
maybe 24.02 or 24.08 - but I'm open to other considerations as well.

We currently require a december '23 pre-release of KDE Frameworks 6 and a Qt
6.6 from october '23.

We currently require poppler 22.02.0.

I do like that other developers can build just Okular without having to build
poppler, KF6 and Qt6 so I'm not suggesting bumping it that much.

The first ubuntu release with KDE Frameworks is their 24.10 release and that
one has poppler 24.08 and qt6.6. Ubuntu 24.04 LTS ships with Poppler 24.02,
but Qt 6.4.

The first Debian Stable release with KDE Frameworks has poppler 25.03.

The closest to a opensuse leap 15.6 contains poppler 24.03, Qt 6.6 and no KDE
Frameworks

I'm not sure which exact distro baseline we should target, but I'm tempted to
suggest to bump to 24.08. If you already need to compile Qt and KDE
Frameworks, then also tacking on Poppler to that is fairly minimal requirement
wise.
