Tim,

Worrying about what OCLC agents are saying is almost a waste of time. They
do not get it and they never will. Look at the sloppiness of the code and
architecture of their pre-eminent software such as Illiad or Content dm.
Initially good products mucked up with poor design base and porrer coding.
There are many bugs which they will probably never fix. He probably would
criticize open source software as not maintainable in the long haul also.

This of courese from an organization whose two main purpose appear to be

1 - Making Money

and 2 - Exercising monopolistic control to equal Microshit products.

He should get in and help instead of casting self-engrandizing brickbats.
