+1 @Alex Stinson Complete the great idea: radical transprency in all areas of development and contribution, improvement architecture: starting with different wikis for different engagement projects, any ninglike collaboration-enabling network to get involved with all contributors, no matter what level/kind of contribution, different groups for different projects....
