As of right now, any coverage of Project Gutenberg works at Open Library is virtually non-existent. There are some few PG records at OL, but these appear to have been added by hand. An automated method to import the PG catalog would be A Good Thing (tm). There are so few PG records at OL that I wouldn't bother trying to do any kind of an automated merge; just throw the records in as new (be sure to identify Project Gutenberg as the publisher) and let the merge 'bot figure it out. The "Read Online" option at OL only refers to works stored at Internet Archive, so be sure you include the PG link(s) as additional links in the record you import. _______________________________________________ Ol-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.archive.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/ol-discuss To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send email to [email protected]
