As of right now, any coverage of Project Gutenberg works at Open Library is
virtually non-existent. There are some few PG records at OL, but these appear
to have been added by hand.

An automated method to import the PG catalog would be A Good Thing (tm). There
are so few PG records at OL that I wouldn't bother trying to do any kind of an
automated merge; just throw the records in as new (be sure to identify Project
Gutenberg as the publisher) and let the merge 'bot figure it out.

The "Read Online" option at OL only refers to works stored at Internet
Archive, so be sure you include the PG link(s) as additional links in the
record you import.
