If you really want a full blown tool that cooperates with OCR, have a look at the IMPACT project the tools of which are partly available at http://www.impact-project.eu/taa/tech/tools/ However I just see that "A full web-based collaborative correction system" isn't and the others are only showcased. You probably have to join the collaboration, I don't know.
