It doesn't even count as spam, in my mind -- it's pure vandalism because 
no one is going to buy a pair of shoes (or whatever) based on those 
entries. The most recent spam is actually quite dangerous because it 
puts a "buy this ebook" like prominently on the page. I bet they've 
gotten some clicks already, but it also makes OL look crassly commercial.
