*I* don't find them particularly useful, but part of that is probably
because I'm not a great video learner either. I do find the voice in these
videos excruciatingly *slow* though, in a very artificial way - which I'm
sure is intended but it just feels annoying to me, in that I'd be able to
*read* the same info much faster. I see the same info is pretty much
available in the form of FAQs, at least for some of them - might it make
sense to make that more clear in the /help page, maybe linking to the
specific Reading and Borrowing FAQs just under the appropriate videos?

 They seem to look reasonably OK (a bit blurry but perfectly readable) here
once I start playing them. They look like a blur *before* I click play, but
that's different. (Latest) Chrome / Win 7.
