These issues are caused by the search server Solr being out of sync
with the database. For some reason it seems to have been impossible to
(re)index the records that were not indexed at creation or last
update, which for the items you linked is years ago. New edits should
be picked up.

message from 2012 about how far behind the index process was.

No guarantees that anyone will pick it up, but this is something that
can be fixed.
