These issues are caused by the search server Solr being out of sync with the database. For some reason it seems to have been impossible to (re)index the records that were not indexed at creation or last update, which for the items you linked is years ago. New edits should be picked up. http://www.mail-archive.com/search?l=ol-tech%40archive.org&q=solr&submit.x=0&submit.y=0 lists messages from the list archives about Solr. http://www.mail-archive.com/ol-tech%40archive.org/msg00716.html is a message from 2012 about how far behind the index process was.
You should create an issue on Github: https://github.com/internetarchive/openlibrary/issues No guarantees that anyone will pick it up, but this is something that can be fixed.
