Given that the HTML provides a redirect (to
http://openlibrary.org/works/OL15168504W/The_Particular_Sadness_of_Lemon_Cake)
it seems like it shouldn't be a _total_ stretch to think it should be
feasible to redirect requests for application/rdf+xml to
http://openlibrary.org/works/OL15168504W.rdf instead of returning the
RDF at http://openlibrary.org/works/OL15168504W
