It's a bit weird, isn't it. Confusing perhaps because we weren't tracking or 
displaying cover edit history before the redesign launched May 6. This edit in 
April:

April 13, 2010           Edited by Open Library Bot     Linked existing covers 
to the 
edition.

... seemed to be the one that introduced the dodgy image. But, we can't tell 
where from.

Thanks for raising this though - I hope that with improvements to the display 
of 
new covers, and general propagation of the content (yay Evergreen!), a closer 
look and hopefully review will occur somewhat naturally.

It takes a village, after all :)
