We did some bulk updates via a few bots for Goodreads, Library Thing and OCLC. They aren't being updated, sadly, though that's something we'd obviously be very interested in setting up.
There's more information about writing Bots for Open Library here: http://openlibrary.org/dev/docs/bots ...and we've had informal discussions with several groups including BNF, DNB and Hathi about doing something similar. PPS - We're just adding these identifiers to our search engine too (and eventually the web UI), so people can hit SOLR instead of the DB externally to query for metadata - much faster.
