Beat me to it!  I was just looking for this thread to post an update to.

Two things of note:
- the web site hasn't been updated with the new license yet
- I haven't seen anything on ODC-By *who* ie is it each VIAF data
contributor?  OCLC (ick!)? Some VIAF pseudo-entity?

>From OpenLibrary's point of view though, it doesn't make too much
difference since ODB-By is too restrictive to mix with CC0.  So close,
yet so far...
